The Royal Wulff Midstream Triangle Taper Floating line features a continuous forward taper through the first 36 to 40 feet of the head, allowing heavier line to constantly turn over lighter line for smooth, efficient casting energy transfer. The design places weight away from the fly, resulting in more delicate presentations and making it equally effective for overhead and roll casting up to 60 feet. At 90 feet total, the long tapered head combined with a light running line gives it the distance capability of a shooting head. A welded loop at the tip end simplifies leader attachment, and the tip can be cut back to fine-tune performance.
